00:0014:00000:00611:2018/05/10 19:59:38.65 server RepAgent(14): Received the following error message from the Replication Server: Msg 14083. Replication Agent for active connection ASESRV_ASEDB. ASEDB must be started with Warm Standby option -W to send all transactions.
Problem Resolution:
Login to Primary Sybase database and run below command.
1> use ASEDB
2> go
1> sp_config_rep_agent ASEDB,'send warm standby xacts',true
2> go
1> sp_start_rep_agent ASEDB
2> go
